Ennovate, Enphase’s annual company-wide hackathon, is one of the programs that helps drive innovation at Enphase. In 2023, the Ennovate program again received over 130 ideas across three broad themes - software, systems, and business processes. A cross-functional team of engineering and business leaders has short-listed 36 proposals for proof-of-concept demonstration presentations, with prizes awarded to teams with the best ideas.
